🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Kailash Lodge Shibnibash, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring convenience for all our guests.
🗓️ 1. Booking Cancellation
Cancellations must be made through phone, WhatsApp, or email using your registered details.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the check-in date is required to be eligible for a refund.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, no refund will be applicable.
No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) are treated as last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable.
💰 2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as per the policy above.
If your booking was made online, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used during booking.
For direct or offline bookings, refunds will be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation from our management.
⚠️ 3. Non-Refundable Situations
Bookings made during festive seasons, special events, or peak holidays are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for early check-outs, partial stays, or change of plans once the stay has begun.
Service charges or transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
🏨 4. Modification of Booking
Date changes or booking modifications can be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.
Any fare difference or room availability will apply at the time of modification.
Only one modification is allowed per booking.
