Welcome to Kailash Lodge Shibnibash. We value your trust and aim to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay for all our guests.
By booking or staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
🏨 1. Booking & Reservation
Room bookings can be made online, by phone, or through WhatsApp.
All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by our management team.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Management reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without prior notice.
💳 2. Payment Policy
Guests must pay 50% of the total amount in advance at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before check-out.
We accept cash, UPI, and digital payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.).
Any additional charges during the stay (extra bed, food, or service) must be cleared before departure.
🕐 3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence) is required for all guests at check-in.
🚫 4. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
During peak or festive seasons, booking amounts may be non-refundable.
🧾 5. Guest Policy
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and decorum within the premises.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or loud music is not allowed inside the rooms.
Visitors are allowed only with prior permission from the management.
Any damage to lodge property must be compensated by the guest.
🛏️ 6. Extra Bed & Occupancy
Extra beds can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
Room occupancy should not exceed the limit mentioned during booking.
🔒 7. Liability & Responsibility
Kailash Lodge is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, valuables, or accidents due to negligence.
Guests are advised to keep their belongings safe and secure.
Management is not liable for power cuts, natural calamities, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
🏠 8. Right to Admission
The management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in case of misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of lodge policies.
Guests engaging in unlawful or disruptive behavior will be asked to vacate immediately without refund.
